Mary E. (Donahue) Doherty, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 16, 2026, in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Formerly of North Attleboro, Mary lived a life full of love and connection, leaving a lasting impact on all who had the privilege to know her.

She is preceded in death by her devoted husband, Thomas F. Doherty Sr., with whom she shared a beautiful life filled with cherished memories. Mary is survived by her loving children, Thomas F. Doherty Jr. and Brendan P. Doherty, along with his wife, Sabrina Doherty. Mary also delighted in the role of grandmother to her precious granddaughter, Charlotte Doherty, who brought immense joy to her life.

Mary's family extends to her brother, Richard P. Donahue, and her sister, Kathleen A. Shea, who alongside her partner, Scott G. Squires, provided steadfast love and support throughout her life. She also leaves behind several cherished cousins and loyal friends who will remember her kind spirit and warm heart. Besides her husband, she is preceded in death by her brother, Donald J. Donahue, Jr.

Funeral Services for Mary will be held private.
