Mary "Bella" A. Tamanini

Mary A. (Marinucci) Tamanini, 89, of Foxboro, Massachusetts passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at Advent Health in Tampa, Florida surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late John Batista Tamanini, whom she married on August 1, 1953 and who died on June 11, 2019.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts on July 8, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Frank Marinucci and the late Josephine (Diorio) Marinucci.
Raised and educated in Boston, Massachusetts she was a dedicated homemaker. While residing in Foxboro, she was a communicant of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Foxboro, Massachusetts.
She will be lovingly remembered for being a dedicated and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
In true Italian fashion, Mary enjoyed cooking for her family and friends. She also liked to read and watch sports.
She leaves behind her children: Robert J. Tamanini, and his fiance, Kimbly Salmone of East Providence, Rhode Island; Frank J. Tamanini, and his wife, Zoeann (Roy) Tamanini, of Bedford, Massachusetts; Cheryl A. Maynard, and her husband, John J. Maynard, Jr., of Wesley Chapel, Florida, formerly of Attleboro, MA; and John W. Tamanini and his wife, Annette (LaFazia) Tamanini of Winter Garden, Florida, grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends. She was the mother of the late Scott Michael Tamanini who died on Thursday, May 4, 2017. She is predeceased by her brother Phillip Marinucci.
Family and friends are warmly invited to attend visitation on Sunday, March 12th, 2023 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, Massachusetts.
The funeral cortege will commence on Monday, March 13, 2023, from 8:30 am until 9:30 am in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, Massachusetts followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Foxboro, Massachusetts.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Monday, March 13, 2023, at Massachusetts National Cemetery, MacArthur Boulevard, Bourne, Massachusetts. Family and friends will meet directly at the cemetery as there will not be a funeral procession following the Funeral Mass.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mary's memory may be made to either the American Heart Association or the American Lung Association.
