Marvin Salazar Fuentes

Marvin Alfredo Salazar Fuentes, 42, of Central Falls, RI, unexpectedly died following an accidental fall while working on Saturday, April 11, 2020. He was the beloved husband of Yessenia Patricia Romero Montoya whom he married on November 11, 2006.
Born on March 12, 1978 in Guatemala City, Guatemala, he was the son of Jorge Salazar and Yolanda Elizabath Fuentes Toc, both of Guatemala.
Raised and educated in Guatemala, he resided in Central Falls for the past twelve years, having previously lived in New York. He was employed for the past eight years as a roofer for RCH Roofing Corporation in Marshfield, MA.
A kind, loving, and caring man, he was truly devoted to his family, the center of his life. He could spend hours watching action movies and television with his son or talking with and listening to his daughter. He was a wonderful listener.  Marvin enjoyed fishing, but mostly simply spending time with his family and good friends, all of whom will miss him dearly.
In addition to his wife, Yessenia, and his parents, Marvin leaves his treasured children: Kimberly Yadria Romero and Brandon Alfredo Salazar Romero, both of Central Falls, RI. He was the brother of Gilbert Noe Carranza Fuentes of Maryland and Xiomara Elizabath Carranza Fuentes of Guatemala. He leaves his extended family and many dear friends, near and far.
A Private Visitation will be held for Marvin in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.
A Private Funeral and Burial will be held in Marvin's native home of Guatemala.
