Martha Louise McGown, 54 ATTLEBORO - Martha Louise (Robillard) McGown, 54, of Phillips Street, Attleboro died peacefully Sunday morning, April 29, 2012, at the Golden Living Center-Garden Place in Attleboro after a long, brave battle with diabetes. She was the loving wife of Keith McGown, to whom she married on November 26, 1994. Born in Lewiston, Maine on Feb. 5, 1958, to the late Alfred O. Robillard and Mary (Smith) Robillard, she grew up in Attleboro and attended Attleboro schools. She worked for years soldering jewelry, but really enjoyed her work at The Country Market Place assisting customers find the perfect gift for every occasion. She lived with her husband Keith in their Attleboro residence where she enjoyed her kitties, baking and crocheting. She enjoyed trips to the mall to have her nails done and good movies. She will be remembered for her vast knowledge and quick wit. In addition to her husband of 17 years, she leaves two sisters, Deborah Welchman of Rhode Island and Diane Shulby of New Hampshire, and four brothers: Thomas Robillard of Vermont; Michael Robillard of New Hampshire; William Robillard of Rhode Island and Derek Robillard of Rhode Island; in-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the Golden Living Center-Garden Place and the Pawtucket Dialysis Center for their tireless dedication, heartfelt care and supportive friendships. In lieu of flowers, donations in Martha's memory may be made to Friends of The Attleboro Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 592, Attleboro, MA 02703. Per her request, there will be no funeral services.
