Marie Hayes

Marie Suzanne (Boutin) Hayes, 80, of Attleboro, MA passed away on January 2, 2026, at the Boston Medical Center - St. Elizabeth's in the Brighton section of Boston, MA. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard A. "Snook" Hayes who died on December 8, 2022.

Born in Attleboro, MA on October 16, 1945, she was a daughter of the late Raymond Paul Boutin and the late Mary Veronica (Cerreto) Boutin.

Raised and educated in her native community of Attleboro, Mrs. Hayes was employed as a shipping manager in the jewelry industry for many years prior to her retirement.

She will be remembered for her love for her family and for her love for cooking.

Marie was the loving and cherished mother of Susan Marie (Hayes) Yidiaris and her husband, Michael Yidiaris, of Attleboro, MA and Thomas Raymond Hayes and his wife, Tammy (Yidiaris) Hayes, of Attleboro, MA; doting grandmother of Christopher Yidiaris Nicholas Yidiaris, Emily Hayes, and Zelda Hayes; and dear great grandmother of Fiona and Olivia Yidiaris.

She was the sister of Raymond Boutin and his wife Donna Boutin, of Summerville, South Carolina.
