Margaret Caldwell Harrison

Margaret Caldwell (Withers) Harrison, 79, of Pioneer Circle, Attleboro, formerly of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2013 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. Born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island on March 13, 1934; she was the daughter of the late James and Isabella (McEwan) Withers. Ms. Harrison grew up and was educated in Pawtucket, graduating from Pawtucket West High School, Class of 1952. She was employed as head of Sales Administration at Hasbro in Pawtucket, Rhode Island for over thirty-two years prior to her retirement in 1997. Ms. Harrison was a member of the Memorial Baptist Church in Seekonk. Margaret's favorite pastime was reading, however the love of her life was her faithful dog, Angus. She is survived by her daughter: Christine R. Moran and her husband, Michael K. Moran of Attleboro; her life-long best friend: Patricia Armogeda of North Providence, Rhode Island; cousin: Betty Crowe of Beverly; and dear friends: David J. and Judy A. Stanford of Attleboro. Family and friends are cordially invited to attend visitation on Thursday, December 12, 2013 from 5-8 PM in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home - the national historic Colonel Obed Robinson Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue (exit 5 off I-95 N or S, go right, mile on the left), Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend the funeral on Friday, December 13, 2013 at 10:00 AM from the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, with Pastor Delphain Demosthenes of the Memorial Baptist Church in Seekonk, Officiating. Burial will be private in Moshassuck Cemetery, Central Falls, Rhode Island. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Ms. Harrison's name to benefit the Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC or a charity of one's choice to benefit hunger.
