Lynneann Mary Sullivan

Lynneann Mary (Coakley) Sullivan, 59, of Attleboro, MA, peacefully passed away on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA. Born on April 6, 1957 in Medford, MA, she was the daughter of the late Bartholomew Coakley, Sr. and the late Joanne (Russell) Coakley. Lynneann was a graduate of Medford High School and the Lawrence Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, from which she received her degree as a Registered Nurse. A resident of Attleboro for the past ten years, she previously lived in Medford. She attended Faith Alliance Church and Centenary United Methodist Church in Attleboro. Lynneann had a deep and abiding faith, and loved spending time with her family, especially her cherished grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening, the beach, cooking, the companionship of her pug, "Elliott", and was a friend of Bill W. She is survived by her husband, Dwight F. Sullivan of Braintree, MA, and her beloved daughter, Colleen E. Sullivan and her companion, Matt S. Burns, of Attleboro, MA. Lynneann was the adoring grandmother of Emmi J. Burns and Allie M. Burns, and the sister of Bartholomew Coakley, Jr. and his wife, Marybeth Coakley, of Bridgewater, MA. She leaves two nieces, one nephew, and many dear friends.Friends and family are cordially invited to attend a Visitation on Friday, January 13, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home - the national historic Colonel Obed Robinson Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.Family and friends are welcome to attend a Funeral Service immediately following visitation at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 13, 2017 in the Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro.Children's room is available during visitation and the funeral service.Burial will be private.Lynneann's family respectfully asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in her memory to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O.
