Louise Marie Everton

Louise Marie (LaCombe) Everton, 94, of Norwood Street, Sharon; formerly of Attleboro and North Attleboro; died on Friday, June 3, 2011 at Epoch Senior Healthcare of Sharon where she made her home since 2001. She was the wife of the late Samuel E. Everton to whom she was married in April 1935 and who entered into eternal rest on August 17, 1992. Born in North Attleboro, Massachusetts on March 11, 1917, she was a daughter of the late Edgar L. LaCombe, Sr. and Lydia (Roy) LaCombe. She resided in North Attleboro for most of her life until moving to Christopher Heights in Attleboro where she resided from 1999 2001 when she moved to Sharon. She was a dedicated and devoted homemaker to her beloved family and later worked in the jewelry industry for many years. Mrs. Everton was a communicant of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church in North Attleboro. Her favorite pastimes included shopping, trips to Foxwoods Resort and Casino and playing bingo. She will be lovingly remembered for the love she showed her grandchildren and for being a terrific cook. Mrs. Everton leaves four children: Ronald S. Everton and his wife, June L. (Mayer) Everton, of North Attleboro; Jean Holliday Harvey and her husband, Michael Harvey, of Port Hueneme, California; Betty Lou Perkoski of Plainville and Timothy Everton of Bakersfield, California; 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; a brother: Gerard Chick LaCombe of Attleboro; a sister: Jeannette Kelly of North Attleboro and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members. She was the sister of the late Albert Flux LaCombe, Edgar L. Gis LaCombe, Jr., Omer Tim LaCombe, Blanche Bussiere, Edna OConnor, Irene Bolton and Claire Feid. Family and friends are cordially invited to attend visitation on Tuesday, June 7, 2011 from 10:00 11:00 AM in the Memorial Chapel of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home the national historic Colonel Obed Robinson Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue (exit 5 off I-95 N or S, go right at end of ramp, mile on left), Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend the funeral service following visitation on Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at 11:00 AM in the Memorial Chapel of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home the national historic Colonel Obed Robinson Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue (exit 5 off I-95 N or S, go right at end of ramp, mile on left), Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro with the Rev. Adelard Everton, Mrs. Evertons brother-in-law, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery, Town Street, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro. Following services an invitation will be extended to join the family for a time of continued fellowship and refreshments at a location to be announced. Childrens room available during visitation and the funeral service. Please do not send flowers.
