Lois Ann Ranley, 80, of Medway, MA passed away peacefully at the Medway Country Manor on Thursday, February 24, 2022.
Born in the Brooklyn neighborhood of New York City, New York on June 24, 1941, she was the loving daughter of the late Thomas Patrick Ranley and the late Sanda J. (Gentile) Ranley. She was raised and educated in Newton, MA where she was a 1961 graduate of Newton High School. She resided in Medway for the past 6 years and previously resided in Hopkinton, MA and Chelmsford, MA.
Miss Ranley was employed as a cafeteria worker for the Newton School Department for 26 years prior to her retirement.
Lois was an accomplished artist specializing in drawing profiles. She adored Elvis Presley and probably had every record he ever made.
She leaves her siblings: Rita Mae Ranaletti-Arigo of Plainville, MA; Roberta Greany in Mexico and Thomas Ranley in Massachusetts. She was the aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Visitation has been respectfully omitted.
A private service will be held followed by burial at Calvary Cemetery, Waltham, MA on Tuesday, June 7, 2022.
