Lisa Melanie St. Onge

Lisa Melanie St. Onge, 62, of Norton passed peacefully in her sleep on April 22, 2015. Born in North Adams, Massachusetts on December 18, 1952, she was a daughter of the late Henry D. St. Onge who passed in 1986 and Marguerite L. (Bourassa) St. Onge who passed in 1997. She resided in Clarksburg with her family until 1982 when she moved with her parents to Norton. She was lovingly cared for by our friends at Horace Mann Educational Associates (HMEA) for many years who tirelessly care for those with special needs. She is survived by her sisters: Gayle Nwankpa of Columbus, Ohio and Lynne St. Onge and her wife, Patti A. Welch, of Salem; a niece: Susan Nwankpa of San Diego, CA; a nephew: Livinus Nwankpa, Jr. of Seattle, WA; extended family members and many dear friends. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visitation on Saturday, April 25, 2015 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home - the national historic Colonel Obed Robinson Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue (exit 5 off I-95 N or S, go right, mile on the left), Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro. Family and friends are welcome to attend the Funeral Service immediately following visitation on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 4:00 PM in the "Memorial Chapel" of the funeral home. Private burial will take place in Timothy Plain Cemetery, Norton at a later date.
