Lisa Anne Secher

Lisa Anne Secher, 52, of Fletcher Way, Norton, quietly passed away at home surrounded by her loving family in the early hours of Christmas Day, December 25, 2015. She was the beloved wife of William "Bill" C. Secher, to whom she was married on June 28, 1986, and the loving mother of Christian and Mallory Secher. Born on December 26, 1962 in Taunton, MA, she was the daughter of the late Robert Louis Dusseault and Doris Dusseault Adams of Taunton, MA. Lisa was a graduate of Taunton High School and received her Associate's Degree in Business from Fisher College.  She worked as a Medical Coder at Miriam Hospital and Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, RI. She truly valued her role as a Homemaker for her family. She made her home in Norton since 1987, where she and her husband raised their family. Lisa was a communicant of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Norton.  She loved the beach; time spent on Cape Cod, especially at Scraggy Neck Island and the many friends she made there; she also enjoyed watching her kids play soccer and her Jack Russell terrier, "Roxy".  Without question, her proudest achievement and greatest source of joy was in her family. Lisa is survived by her dear husband, Bill; her mother, Doris Adams of Taunton, MA: her cherished children: Christian W. Secher and Mallory E. Secher, both of Norton, MA; her sisters: Debra Dusseault and Michele Russ, both of Taunton, MA; her brothers: Scott Dusseault and his wife, Rose Dusseault, of Taunton, MA; and Shawn Dusseault of FL. She also leaves several nieces and nephews and many dear friends.   Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, One Power Street, Norton with Rev. Marc P. Tremblay, Pastor, officiating. There will be no funeral cortege leaving the funeral home prior to the commencement of the funeral Mass. Private burial services will be held at a later date at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
