Lisa Dawson

June 7, 1959 — January 28, 2023

Lisa Marie (Aiello) Dawson, 63, of Plainville, MA passed away comforted and surrounded by both of her children, Kimberly and Jonathan, on January 28, 2023. She was the wife of the late Peter Jeffrey Dawson.
Born in Mount Vernon, New York on June 7, 1959, she was a daughter of Mary (Agostinelli) Aiello of Lake Grove, New York and the late Pasquale V. Aiello. She was a 1976 graduate of East Meadow High School on Long Island, New York.
Lisa devoted her life to her children as a proud stay-at-home mother on Long Island. After moving to Massachusetts, she joined Progressive Insurance as an administrative support specialist and recently took on a new role as a real estate support specialist.
She will be lovingly remembered as a caring and altruistic woman: a mother to many, she was someone who was always willing and ready to help others in all facets of her life.
Lisa enjoyed ceramics, crafts, making ornaments, cooking, sewing, crocheting, collecting Disney memorabilia, and making Halloween costumes for her children.
She was known for making the "best ever" chicken cutlets and treasured the time spent caring for her family. She particularly enjoyed the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday season.
An animal lover, she took care of her mother's dog, "Liesel", and adored her grand doggie, "Cassie".
In addition to her mother, she leaves her daughter: Kimberly L. Dawson of Plainville, MA; a son: Jonathan K. Dawson and his partner, Erik J. Connolly, of Lake Forest, California; her sisters: Rose Ann Pfeiffer and her husband, Paul Pfeiffer, of Ocala, Florida, and their children: Jason Summers and Kenny Summers; Patricia Aiello-Gazura and her husband, Robert "Bobby" Gazura, of East Setauket, New York and their children: Kaylie, Makenzie and Jake Gazura; her sister-in-law: Audrey (Dawson) Libroia, who was like a sister to Lisa, of Kings Park, New York and her children: Matthew Libroia and Lauren Hogan.
She also leaves many dear and loving friends, extended family and coworkers.
