Linda Jean Devincent-Boardo

Linda Jean (Chambless) DeVincent-Boardo, 70, of Sebastian, FL, formerly of Bellingham, MA, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 13, 2018 in Sebastian, FL. Born on April 11, 1948 in Phoenix, AZ, she was the daughter of the late Agnes (Barry) Chambless. She was the loving mother of Doreen J. Turenne and her husband, Charles Turenne, of South Attleboro, MA; and Laura A. DeVincent of Attleboro, MA, and her companion, David Licciardi. Linda was the adoring Nana of Cameron B. Turenne. She was the sister of Saundra Luterek and her husband, Matt Luterek, of Buffalo, NY; Dolores Costa of Jupiter, FL; and Glenn Chambless and his wife, Patty Chambless, of Framingham, MA. She leaves several nieces and nephews, cousins, and many dear friends. She was the beloved companion of Jimmy Campbell of Bellingham, MA, and the wife of the late James Boardo.A kind, caring, and outgoing woman of faith, she took great comfort in being with the Lord. "Mom", as she was known to many, was like a mother to all she knew. She had a heart of gold and a special way of knowing how to make others feel good. She loved animals of all kinds, especially birds, and could often be found feeding them in her yard. Linda deeply loved her family and cherished her many friends.Linda worked as an Interior Decorator and, for many years, worked and enjoyed her time with plants and flowers, at Boston Tropical Tree in Plainville, MA.
