Linda C. Brissey

Linda Chase Brissey, 73, of Lake Villa, Illinois, died on July 26, 2022, in Lake Villa.  She was the wife of Scott E. Brissey to whom she was married for more than 51 years.
Born in Norwood, MA on July 12, 1949, she was a daughter of the late Lloyd Whitney Chase Jr., and the late Gladys Louise (Howard) Chase.  She resided in Illinois for the past 51 years.
Her family were longtime members of the Grace Episcopal Church, North Attleboro, MA.
An educated woman with several college degrees, she found her passion for the art of welding and was a welder and welding inspector for many years.
Her favorite pastimes included woodworking, gardening, animals, creating lifelong memories to cherish with family and friends, and was an ardent sports fan, particularly for the Chicago Cubs.
In addition to her husband, she leaves a sister: Cindy Oliver of Raynham; a brother: Calvin Perry of North Attleboro, MA, and several nieces and nephews.  She was the sister of the late Edward Perry, Donna O'Malley, and Lloyd Chase III.
Family and friends are cordially invited to attend Visitation on Thursday, August 11, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.  The Funeral and Celebration of Life Service will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. in the "Memorial Chapel".
Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Attleboro, MA.
In lieu of flowers, Linda's family respectfully requests memorial donations in her memory to be made to the American Cancer Society.
