Linda Marie Battista

Linda Marie (Meunier) Battista, 65, of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, passed away unexpectedly at her residence on April 23, 2023.
Born in Attleboro, MA on February 2, 1958, she was a daughter of the late Normand Meunier and the late Barbara (Nolan) Meunier who died in September 2022.
Raised and educated in the City of Attleboro, she was a graduate of Bishop Feehan High School.
A caretaker by nature, she spent many of her years as a devoted and attentive mother and homemaker to her family, as well as a supportive shoulder to her friends. She also spent some time as a preschool teacher and a working professional at Visiting Angels.
One of her favorite pastimes was spending time at the beach, particularly Horseneck and beaches on Cape Cod.
Linda's surviving family members include her children: Lindsay Battista of North Attleboro, MA; Liza Battista of Cumberland, Rhode Island, Alison Battista of North Attleboro, MA and Adam Battista of Hadley, MA; four grandchildren; her former spouse Paul Battista of North Attleboro, MA; her siblings: Paul Meunier of West Bradenton, FL, Ken Meunier of Alto, New Mexico and Doug Meunier, of Alto, New Mexico; several nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends. She was the sister of the late Michael Meunier.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to a Memorial Visitation on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm in the Memorial Chapel of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA, followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 6:00 pm.
