Lillis Riley Taylor, 101, of North Attleboro, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at the Daggett-Crandall-Newcomb Home in Norton, MA. She was the beloved wife of the late Ralph E. Taylor.Born on July 7, 1916 in Bangor, ME, she was the daughter of the late William H. Riley and the late Linnie (Marcous) Riley.A graduate of the John Bapst School in Bangor, she worked as a private Caregiver in Pepperell, MA, before retiring. Prior to residing in Norton, she lived in North Attleboro, and previously in Pepperell for many years.Throughout her long life, family was most important to her. A warm, kind, and caring woman, she enjoyed occasional visits to the casino and the slot machines, she was a fan of the Red Sox and Patriots. Lillis was the loving mother of twin sons Donald J. Bradman and his wife, Jean, of Dedham, ME and FL, and Ronald E. Bradman of Bangor, ME, and his late wife, Evelyn; Robert R. Bradman and his wife, Holly, of North Port, FL; Linda M. Robbins and her husband, Charles, of North Attleboro, MA; and Judith A. Devoid of Brookline, MA. She was an adoring grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother, and was predeceased by her siblings. She leaves her niece, Jacqueline Kinney of Scottsdale, AZ. Family and friends are invited to honor and remember Lillis by gathering for a Memorial Visitation on Saturday, December 2, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA, immediately followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m. at the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home.Burial services will be privately held at a later date in Bangor, ME, at which time Lillis will be laid to rest alongside her dear late husband. A Children's Room is available during the visitation and funeral service.Those in need of a local ride to visitation may call the funeral home at (508) 695-0200 to make an advance reservation for such complimentary transportation.
