Lillian Antoinetta Ossipoff, 103, of Attleboro, MA, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at Brookdale of Cumberland in Cumberland, RI.Born on November 26, 1914 in Boston, MA, she was the daughter of the late Albert Ossipoff and the late Mary (Deron) Ossipoff.Raised and educated in North Attleboro, she was a graduate of North Attleboro High School and the Valedictorian of the Class of 1933, and continued her studies at the Rhode Island School of Design, concentrating on designing and making jewelry. An Interior Decorator, she worked for thirty-five years for the Foxboro Company before retiring in 1978, and previously worked employed for the C. Ray Randall Company and the Mason Box Company.A kind, caring, warm and creative woman, she had a lifelong love of art: especially sketching and drawing, and making wonderful handmade Christmas cards. She was an ardent golfer who also sewing, skiing, bowling, and travel. Lillian's generosity and profound love of art came together when, at the age of 100, she generously donated to the North Attleboro Middle School in order to help the school purchase a new pottery kiln for the school's art room. She had been member of St. Mary's Church in North Attleboro, and was a shareholder of the Foxboro Country Club, a member of the Chaminard Club in Attleboro, the Franklin Concert Association and the Foxboro Ski Club, the Highland Country Club, a bowling league, and was a member of the 10, 25, and 35-year Foxboro Company clubs.Lillian was predeceased by her sisters, Rose Trum, Lucy Horton, and several nieces and nephews.
