Lester Clark Wright, Jr., 94, of Hernando, Florida; formerly of North Attleboro, MA passed away on February 5, 2026, at the Peninsula Health Center in Tarpon Springs, Florida. He was the beloved husband of the late Alice (Oldrid) Wright who passed on September 6, 1992.

Born in Fall River, MA on August 7, 1931, he was the son of the late Lester Clark Wright, Sr. and the late Louise (Taylor) Wright.

He was a veteran of the United States Navy having served during the Korean War era.

Mr. Wright was employed for more than 20 years as a school bus driver for the Attleboro School Department.

He leaves his children: Louise A. Lynch-Maloon of Spring Hill, Florida; Gary Wright of North Attleboro, MA; Charlene M. Hawkins of Crossville, Tennessee and Sharon E. Doyle of Locust Grove, Georgia; 12 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and his siblings: Ada Godbout and Frank Wright.

In addition, he leaves his sons-in-law and daughter-in-law: Richard E. Maloon, Ronald J. Hawkins, Edward A. Doyle, Sr. and Christina M. Vincent-Wright. He was the father-in-law of the late Stephen J. Lynch.

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend Visitation on Monday, February 16, 2026, from 9:00 am until 11:00 am in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA immediately followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 am in the "Memorial Chapel".

Burial will follow in Newell Burying Ground, South Attleboro, MA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to any corps of the Salvation Army.
