Lawrence John Scanlon

Lawrence John Scanlon, age 76, of Golden Living Center - Attleboro, George Street, Attleboro, Massachusetts died on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at the facility where he had resided for several years. He was the husband of the late Marie (Vescio) Scanlon. Born in Providence, Rhode Island on August 18, 1938, he was a son of the late John and Grace Scanlon. He resided in Providence, Rhode Island until moving to Attleboro ten years ago. Mr. Scanlon was employed as a jewelry designer for many years until his retirement. He was a member of the Decatur Social Club of Providence. Mr. Scanlon leaves numerous relatives, extended family members and cherished friends to mourn his loss. Visitation has been respectfully omitted. Mr. Scanlon will be laid to rest at St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston, RI. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.
