Laurie L. Forget

Laurie Lynn Forget, 54, a lifelong resident of Woonsocket, RI., passed away on Friday, August 8, 2025, surrounded by her family at the Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket, RI.

Born in Woonsocket on January 26, 1971, she was the beloved daughter of Gail (Pelletier) Bouliane and the late Roger E. Bouliane.

She truly valued the moments she spent with her grandchildren, as they meant the world to her. Laurie was born with the gift to forgive and to open her heart to so many. All those who knew her have said she left them with such a lasting, loving impression.


Besides her mother, she is survived by her loving daughter, Brianna Forget and her spouse Scott Meolla, a son Bradley Forget, her cherished grandchildren, Blake and Aubrey Meolla; and a sister, Gina Mongeon. She is also survived by her nieces and nephew, her loving friend, Tom Woods and many close friends.

Her funeral and burial will be private.
