Kenneth Richard Gray, Sr.

Kenneth Richard Gray, Sr., 73, of Attleboro, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at Life Care Center of Attleboro in Attleboro, MA. Born on August 31, 1944 in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late John and Evelyn (Collins) Gray.A graduate of Patchogue-Medford High School in Medford, NY, he worked for more than fifty years in the field of HVAC, including teaching HVAC skills, for White-Westinghouse in New York, before retiring in 2015. Kenneth was a resident of Attleboro for the past eighteen years, having previously lived in North Attleboro, where he had been a member of St. Mary's and Sacred Heart churches. The center of Kenneth's world was his treasured family. He loved to cook, having been known for his delicious stuffed mushrooms and fish of all kinds; enjoyed bike rides; working on the computer; and dining at Spumoni's in Pawtucket. He had a special place in his heart for his cat, "Kiki".He is survived by his loving and much loved children: Kenneth Richard Gray, Jr., and his wife, Denise M. (Glucker) Gray, of Long Island, NY; Ralph T. Gray and his wife, Emy (Luman) Gray, of Long Island, NY; Mary Evelyn Gray of Long Island, NY; Ashley C. Flanagan and her husband, Francis E. Flanagan, of Plainville, MA; and Lindsay A. Jeffs and her husband, William H. Jeffs, of East Killingly, CT. He was the proud and adoring grandfather of ten grandchildren, and the dear brother of Patricia Johnson of Long Island, NY. He was predeceased by his siblings: John "Jack" Gray, Ralph Gray, and Robert Gray. Kenneth was the beloved companion of Wanda A. Mucciaccio, and the husband of the late Ellen (Barlow) Gray and the late Donna L. (Parker) Gray.
