Kathryn R. (Rosette) Sullivan, 82, of North Attleboro, MA passed away on May 27, 2025, at Hope Health Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence, Rhode Island.
Beloved mother of Carrie Gilpatrick and Christopher Sullivan, proud grandma of Justin, Tyler, Shawn, Kaley, PJ, Jordyn, Brooke, and Regan. Daughter of the late Philip and Rosemary Rosette, sister of the late David, the late Philip (Maureen) Rosette of Michigan and Susan Langin (Hugh) of Bethlehem Conn. She also leaves nieces and nephews. She was the former wife of F. Paul Sullivan.
Kathryn (Cassie) was born in Pittsburg PA and spent her first 12 years there. She moved with her family to Massachusetts/Rhode Island, and finished school, then met her former husband and started their family in Westwood.
After her divorce she went to work for Eastman Kodak and lived in New Orleans for a year, which started her annual tradition of attending the jazz and heritage festival.
When she came back to Massachusetts in 1982, she made her home briefly in Wrentham and then moved to North Attleboro to the home she lived in for almost 40 years. She loved music and to dance. She also loved the beach and spent many summers at Matunuck beach, where people loved to gather at her trailer. Fried turkey or crawfish anyone?
For the last 20 years she spent her winters in Florida and enjoyed going to the clubhouse and participating in whatever activity that was going on there.

You can shed tears that she is gone,
or you can smile because she has lived.
You can close your eyes and pray that she'll come back,
or you can open your eyes and see all she's left.
Your heart can be empty because you can't see her,
or you can be full of the loved you shared.
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday,
or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.
You can remember her only that she is gone,
or you can cherish her
memory and let it live on.
Or you can do what she'd want: smile,
open your eyes, love and go on.
