Kathleen Mary (Devlin) Ferrara, 74, of North Attleboro, MA passed away at her residence surrounded by her loving family on January 10, 2023.
Born in Attleboro, MA on June 1, 1948, she was a daughter of the late John Andrew Devlin and the late Doris (Chapman) Devlin. She was a graduate of Bishop Feehan High School with the Class of 1966 and later attended Katharine Gibbs School.
Kathy was employed as an executive secretary for the Northrop Corporation, Sysco and lastly, Dr. Frank Masci with Sturdy Eye Associates.She was a member of the Rock Steady Boxing Club and enjoyed swimming and exercising at the Hockomock Area YMCA.
Kathy is predeceased by James J. Ferrara, her husband of over 25 years and father of her two children; her second husband, Arthur Precopio; three of her siblings, Maureen Devney, Marilyn Bardsley, and Ralph Slowey; and her grandson Theo J. Ferrara.
Left to grieve her loss are her children: Dacia M. McQuade and her husband, Richard McQuade, of North Attleboro, MA and Jarrod Ferrara and his wife, Mia (Kulla) Ferrara of Freeport, Maine; her grandchildren: Bella McQuade, Nina Ferrara and Velia Ferrara; her loving partner, companion and caregiver: Dean McKiel of North Attleboro, MA; her siblings: Michael Devlin and his wife, Elizabeth Devlin, of Plainville, MA; Kerry Moreau of North Attleboro, MA and Karen Pendleton of Cumberland, Rhode Island; several nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
Family and friends are cordially invited to attend Visitation on Thursday, January 19, 2023, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.
Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations may be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association Chapter Team Dominachin, 85 East Concord Street Ground Floor, Boston, MA 02118 or Theo J. Ferrara Memorial Scholarship Fund, PO Box 250, South Freeport, ME 04078.
