Justin William Poor Iii

Justin William Poor III, 67, of Attleboro, MA passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Patricia L. (Silvestri) Poor to whom he was married on January 26, 1974.
Born in Chelsea, MA on April 24, 1953, he was a son of the late Justin William Poor, Jr. and the late Irene (Mosko) Poor. He was a graduate of Medfield High School - Class of 1971 and was a graduate of Bryant College.
Mr. Poor was employed as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Lily Transportation Corporation in Needham for the past 12 years. He will be remembered for his strong work ethic but mostly for his love and pride for his family.
An Attleboro resident for the past 25 years, he previously resided in Norton and Foxboro.
His favorite pastimes included saltwater fishing, traveling to places such as Aruba and Maine and riding his John Deere lawnmower.
In addition to his wife, he leaves three children: Justin W. Poor IV of Attleboro, MA; Heather L. Poor of East Providence, RI and Todd N. Poor of Seekonk, MA; a granddaughter: Victoria L. Poor of Attleboro, MA and his siblings: Deborah Jean Poor, Maryellen Pike and Thomas Poor.
With strict adherence to applicable Covid-19 health precautions, including social distancing and the use of facemasks, family and friends are cordially invited to honor Mr. Poor by attending Visitation in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA, on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM.
Funeral services will be private.
Burial will be private.
As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mr. Poor's name may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 450 Brookline Avenue, Boston, MA 02215.
