June C. (Rust) Holske, 84, of North Attleboro, MA, passed away on on March 4, 2024, at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA.
Born in Buckroe, Virginia on June 30, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Leroy Frederick Rust and the late Ruby Lee (Sears) Rust.
Ms. Holske was a dedicated and devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She single-handedly raised her children with the utmost level of care and attention and was proud of each of their accomplishments.
Out of the home, she was employed as a quality control inspector for Telco Communications in Norwood, MA and was formerly employed by Codex in Mansfield, MA where she was a member of the company bowling team and lastly at LeStage Manufacturing.
Her legacy is one of love and cherished memories with her family.
June's favorite passions were traveling, shopping, trips to the casino, playing badminton and tennis, and was known for her sewing and designing abilities in making wedding dresses and clothing for her children.
Left to mourn her loss are her children: Peter Holske II and his wife, Mary, of Sterling, MA; Cheryl O'Connell and her husband, Jack, of Norton, MA; Donna Irwin and her companion, Sam, of Windham, NH; Laura Cannata of Attleboro, MA and Susan Holske of North Attleboro, MA and ; her three grandchildren: Peter Holske III, David Cannata and April Blase and her husband, James; two great grandchildren: Danica and Ava; her siblings: Lee Rust of Saluda, Virginia and Betty Kemp of Gloucester, VA and several nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
She was predeceased by her sisters: Flora Mise and Mary Moore
Family and friends are cordially invited to attend a Memorial Visitation to honor, remember and celebrate her life on SUNDAY, March 10, 2024, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro. A Service of Remembrance will commence at 1:00 pm at the conclusion of visitation.
