Julia "Judy" Michelle (Gorman) Gannon, 76, of Hyde Park, MA, peacefully passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Sherrill House Nursing Home in Jamaica Plain, MA. Julia was born on July 7, 1940 in Gardner, MA, and was the daughter of the late Richard Joseph Gorman and the late Mary L. (Campbell) Gorman. She was a graduate of St. Thomas High School in Jamaica Plain, MA, and a resident of Hyde Park, MA, for the past ten years, having previously lived in Winchester, NH. She was a kind, loving, and caring mother and homemaker whose greatest joy was in spending time with her family and friends, especially her cherished grandchildren. She loved to read, particularly biographies of women, and to entertain. Julia loved to talk, and had the ability to make anyone in her company feel at home. She had a fondness for animals, with a special place in her heart for her Persian cat, "Yoda", her Poodle-Lhasa Apso-Dachshund, "Bella", and her Boxer-Pug, "Celia". She is survived by her beloved children: Mary M. Gannon and her husband, Paul D. Bogdonoff, of Winchester, NH; Kerry A. Lindemuth and her husband, Brett Lindemuth, of Huntington, VT; Jennifer C. Gannon of Attleboro, MA; Megan C. Gannon-Thompson of Plymouth, MA; and Joshua T. Gannon and his wife, Jody Gannon, of Apalachin, NY. She was the adoring grandmother of twelve grandchildren, and leaves several nieces and nephews, and many dear friends. Julia was predeceased by her siblings: Ann Mantis; Richard Gorman and his wife, Mary Gorman, of West Quincy, MA; Michael Gorman and his wife, Donna Gorman, of Randolph, MA; and Francis Gorman. She was the former wife of Thomas J.
