Judy (Beaupre) Schwartz Parlin

Judy Barbara (Beaupre) Schwartz Parlin, 70, of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, went to be with the Lord peacefully on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island. She was the beloved wife of Milton R. Parlin, to whom she was married for twenty-three years.Born on December 8, 1945 in North Attleboro, MA, she was the daughter of Robert Cook of Pawtucket, RI and the late Lois (Schofield) Cook.Raised in Plainville, MA, Judy graduated from King Philip Regional High School in Wrentham, MA, Class of 1963. She married her high school boyfriend, John F. Schwartz, Jr., welcoming three children into their home. As a widow in 1993, she met and married Milton Parlin, settling in Pawtucket, RI. Judy spent her recent retirement years advocating for animal rights and helping people through on-line services. She was an active member of Oasis of Grace Church in Providence, volunteering in a number of areas.In addition to her husband and her father, Judy is survived by her children: John Schwartz, III, of Scituate, RI; James Schwartz of Cedar Park, TX; and Jeffery Schwartz of Pawtucket, RI. She leaves her grandchildren: John, Sarah, and Jessica; and her great-grandchildren: Grace and John. Judy is survived by her siblings: Denise Williams of Algood, TN, and Robert Beaupre of Attleboro, MA. Friends and family are cordially invited to attend a Memorial Service on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Oasis of Grace Church, 464 Silver Spring Street, Providence, RI 02904.
