Judith A. Post

Judith Ann (Rice) Post, 83, of Attleboro, MA and formerly of North Attleboro, MA passed away on Monday, July 1st, 2024, at the Alliance Heath at Maples in Wrentham, MA, while surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard Arthur Post to whom she wed on July 6th, 1963. Richard entered into eternal rest on March 5th, 2013.
Born in Attleboro, MA on August 28th, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Edmund F. Rice and the late Gertrude (Leary) Rice. She resided in North Attleboro, MA for many years where she and her husband raised their family. In her more recent years, she enjoyed her residence at Christopher Heights in Attleboro, MA.
Judith was educated at the Dominican Academy in Plainville, MA which was the beginning of her strong religious beliefs. Judith was a longtime communicant of the Transfiguration of the Lord Parish- St. Mark.
A dedicated homemaker for many years, once her children grew up, she then worked at RoJacks in Plainville, MA and Bob's Market in North Attleboro, MA.
Judith enjoyed all time spent in the company of her cherished family. She also liked playing games on her computer.
She was the loving mother of Linda A. (Post) Adams and her husband, David A. Adams, of Taunton, MA; Stephen A. Post and his wife, Lori (LaRochelle) Post of North Attleboro, MA; Laurie A. (Post) Harvey and her husband, Gregg A. Harvey of Plainville, MA; Kathleen M. (Post) Poirier and her husband, Craig G. Poirier of Bourne, MA. Beloved grandmother of Alyssa Stroh and her husband, Eric Stroh; Ryan Post and his wife Brigid Garrity; Allison Post; Garrett Harvey and his wife Olivia Harvey and Jenna Harvey and her fiancé Niko Pantazis; great grandmother of Wrenley Harvey. Judith is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
Family and friends are cordially invited to attend visitation on Saturday, July 6th, 2024 from 9:00am until 10:00am in the Memorial Chapel of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA. Followed by a Funeral Service in the Memorial Chapel at 10:00am.
Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.
