Judith "Judy" Ann Tessier

Judith "Judy" Ann (Mahoney) Tessier, 69, of Attleboro, MA, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA. She was the beloved wife of Noel Joseph Tessier, to whom she was married on May 11, 1974.Born on March 5, 1949 in Attleboro, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Dorothy (Simpson) Mahoney.Judy worked for many years as an editor and mystery shopper, but always cherished her primary role as a wife, mother, and grandmother.A graduate of Attleboro High School, Class of 1967, she attended Bryant & Stratton College. She was a proud resident of the Attleboros her entire life. More than anything, Judy treasured being with her beloved family, especially cooking large meals and hosting family gatherings. She enjoyed dining out, visits to the beach - particularly Horseneck and York Beach, and spending time with her fellow "Red Hot Divas of '67". In addition to her husband, Noel, she leaves her loving children: James V. Tessier of Lowell, MA; Michael L. Tessier and his wife, Cristina M. Tessier, of Groton, MA; and Caitlyn E. Curley and her husband, Wayne M. Curley Jr., of North Attleboro, MA. She was the proud and adoring grandmother of Meagan J. Curley, Elizabeth K. Curley, Simon N. Tessier, Thomas W. Curley and Joshua E. Tessier. Judy was the dear sister of Jane-Ellen Olsson of Attleboro. She leaves her niece, Henni Laverty and family of Attleboro, the Hartley family of Lincoln, RI, her loving extended family, and many dear friends.
