She held a special place in her heart for her Toy Rat Terrier, "Toodles".
Judi was the loving mother of Kimberly Ann Hogan and her partner, Emanuel M. Moreira, of Pawtucket, RI. She was the sister of the late Rae E. Watson, and leaves her dear nieces: Heather E.
