Joshua Isaac Perkins

Joshua Isaac Perkins, 13, of North Attleborough, suddenly and unexpectedly passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2016 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA. He was the much cherished and beloved son of Mark A. Perkins and Carleen A. (Hazen) Perkins of North Attleborough, MA.Born on June 24, 2002 in Attleboro, MA, Joshua lived his entire life in North Attleborough, where he was homeschooled in 8th grade. He attended New Covenant Christian Fellowship in Attleboro, MA. The youngest of four children, Joshua brought life and light wherever he went. He enjoyed playing Nerf-gun wars, soccer, Knock-out and Four-square with his brothers or friends, board games and cards with Mom, Dad, and Memere, video games and movies with anyone willing, hiking with family and fishing with grandpa, and looking forward to soon appearing in a school group play. He loved "Buddy", his family's beagle and his companion, and, most especially, Joshua loved being with his family, all of whom will profoundly miss him. In addition to his parents, Joshua is survived by his loving siblings: Jacob M. Perkins; Brandon J. Perkins, and Hannah J. Perkins, all of North Attleborough, MA. He was the adoring grandson of Michael R. Perkins and his wife, Patricia L. (Brennan) Perkins, of Plainville, MA; and Jeannine G. (Courcy) Hazen of North Attleborough, MA, and the late Carl Hazen. He leaves many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.Family and friends are cordially invited to attend a Visitation on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue (exit 5 off I-95 N or S, go right at end of ramp, ¾ mile on left), North Attleborough, MA.
