Joseph S. Creador

Joseph S. Creador, 75, of Sharon, MA passed away on November 24, 2024, at CareOne of Sharon. He was the beloved and dedicated husband of Kate Marguerite (Roberts) Creador to whom he was married for 48 years and father of, Jennifer Creador and Tyler Joseph Creador, and grandfather of Mia Creador.

Born in Sao Miguel, the Azores, Portugal on September 6, 1949, Joseph’s the son of the late Arthur Creador and Rose Creador. He immigrated to the United States in his youth and settled in Newport, Rhode Island where he attended Rogers High School and later graduated from American International College, where he earned a master's degree.

Joseph was employed as a senior vice president of Human Resources in hospital administration by Saint Anne's Hospital in Fall River, MA and previously at the Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, New York. Joseph instituted many wonderful programs and was so beloved by his employees they referred to him as ‘employee’s pal’.

Joseph will be lovingly remembered for his strong work ethic and for being a dedicated family man. He was a sports enthusiast for all New England teams, particularly the Boston Red Sox. Truly competitive in nature, Joseph enjoyed playing Family Board Games, from Mexican Train to Cribbage.

Family and friends are welcome to attend visitation on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.

A Celebration of Life will be celebrated in the Spring of 2025.
