Joseph Andrade, 69, of Bennett Street, Wrentham; died on Sunday, June 3, 2012 at the Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. He was the husband of Patricia P. "Trish" (Halliday) Andrade to whom he was married on May 17, 2003. Born in Fall River, Massachusetts on October 19, 1942, he was a son of the late Manuel Andrade, Sr. and Margaret (Principe) Andrade. He resided in Wrentham for the past three years having formerly lived in Cumberland for ten years and for many years in the East Providence and Bristol, Rhode Island communities. He was previously employed as a mechanical drafter for various manufacturing companies. Musically inclined, Mr. Andrade played the bass and acoustical guitar and was a member of many different bands over the years. At one time, he was a musician on BB's Musical Tops, a popular Sunday morning radio program many years ago. In addition to his wife, he leaves a daughter: Kerri L. (Andrade) Lacy of Swansea; two grandchildren: Alexandra Lacy of Swansea and Daniel Lacy of Swansea; two brothers: Manuel Andrade, Jr. of Milford, Connecticut and John Andrade of North Providence, Rhode Island and several extended family members and friends. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visitation on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home - the national historic Colonel Obed Robinson Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at 9:00 AM at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, 130 South Street, Wrentham. Burial will be private.
