John L. Daly, 67, of Plainville, MA passed away surrounded by the love of his family at his residence on February 9, 2026. He was the beloved husband of Cindy L. (Hicks) Daly with whom he shared more than 40 years.

Born in Boston, MA on July 21, 1958, he is a son of Lawrence Daly and the late Joan (Kenney) Daly.

He had been employed as a manager for Sun Life of Canada and technician at Plainridge Casino prior to his retirement.

He is survived by his son Shaun P. Daly and his wife Laura (Powers) Daly of Pembroke, Cara L. (Daly) Fuller and her husband Ryan W. Fuller of Bourne. There are two grandsons, Rory E. Daly and Henry J. Fuller with another grandchild on the way. His sisters Susan Daly and Laurel Daly of West Roxbury and Carol Daly of Ft. Myers, FL. His late brothers Peter and Frank Daly.

At his request, all services will be conducted privately.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Mass General/Brigham Oncology Department and the Jimmy Find of Dana Farber are suggested.
