John J. Cronin Jr., 47, of North Attleboro, MA., passed away on Thursday, December 19, 2024, at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro.
Born on March 7, 1977, he was the beloved son of Gena Schulz and John J. Cronin Sr.
John had a distinguished career as a self-employed high-end carpenter with his own business “Cronin Construction.” John had a Construction Supervisors License; a Home Improvement License and he was Lead Certified. During his years in business, he honed his skills and developed a reputation for his meticulous craftsmanship. His work was not just a job; it was a true labor of love. He took pride in creating beautiful homes inside and out. John’s work was a testament to his dedication and expertise in the trade. He could do everything from building the frame to the meticulous finish work. His career as a carpenter provided him with a solid foundation.
Outside of his professional life, John had a passion for fishing that provided him with a sense of peace and connection to nature. Fishing was more than just a hobby for him; it was a way to unwind and reflect, a time to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.
John was an active and adventurous person, always exploring new places and different activities. He was an avid stock car racing enthusiast. He loved music, singing and dancing. He wrote poems and loved to draw. He also loved the water and would often go snorkeling in the ocean.
John enjoyed the challenge of disassembling and reassembling various items. He had a natural curiosity and a knack for understanding how things worked. This hands-on approach allowed him to troubleshoot problems and find innovative solutions. His friends and family often turned to him for help with their own projects. If anyone needed John's help, he would be right there no questions asked. He cherished these moments spent with friends and family, sharing stories and laughter.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his loving children, his two boys, his daughters Grace and Autumn Cronin; devoted sisters Jessica Cronin and Caitlin Cronin; a cherished nephew, David Fesik Jr., and a dear nieces, Emily Fesik and Julia Fesik. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
