John Warren Cadorette Jr., 78, of Attleboro Falls lost his battle with lung cancer on July 17, 2026. He passed away at home surrounded by his loving family.

John is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Eunice Ann (Perron), his three adoring children Christopher, Noel (Emily) and Eunice (Jomo) and six grandchildren that he adored. John was the proud older brother to Lee, Russell (John), Johanna (Doug), Kate, and Veronica (Gary) along with loving in-laws Joanna, Dorothy (Chuck), Maryann (Joseph) and Linda and a host of nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his Father John Sr., mother Margaret and brother-in-law Stephen. John had many friends who he also considered family.

There are many words that can describe a man: Husband, Father, Grandpa, Brother, and Son, but if you know John "Doc" Cadorette that description expands. Veteran, Hero, Mentor, Teacher, Sponsor, Counselor, Leader, Fixer, Tinkerer, and Friend are some words that truly describe him.

John was a voracious learner with the wherewithal to apply his knowledge to his craft. As a man of action and detail, John was always the first to answer the call and the last to leave after the job was done. He was active in his community in his younger years as a Boy Scout, Lifeguard, and High School Band Member. John honorably served as a U.S. Navy Corpman in Vietnam. After his service in the military, John was active in his community as a Boy Scout Pack Leader, member of his church's choir, member of the advisory committees for local schools, and member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, amongst other organizations that support those in need. He worked hard to provide for his family while following his passions in the medical field early on, and later as a Mechanic, Maintenance Supervisor, Software Engineer, and Small Business Owner. John was a devout Catholic who believed in helping others in need and acted as a friend and mentor to many.

Most importantly, John was a wonderful husband and a great father who made his family proud every day. He was an all-around great man who truly cared about others.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend Visitation on Friday, July 24 from 4:00PM until 8:00PM in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.

A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, Morning at 10:00AM at St. Mark's Church, 105 Stanley Street, Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA. Followed by Burial services at Mount Hope Cemetery in North Attleboro.
