Jo Ann Schlick (Roberts) 67 of North Attleboro, MA., passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 10, 2025, with her two sons by her side holding her hands.
Born in Woonsocket, RI., on January 29, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Herve and Pauline (Girouard) Roberts.
Jo Ann cherished the moments spent with her beloved grandchildren. She took great pleasure in organizing holiday gatherings for her family and friends, with Easter being her most cherished occasion. Her interests included golfing, entertaining, and playing cards, and she had a passion for cooking and baking, often preparing more food than necessary.
She relished vacations with friends, enjoyed the great outdoors, and loved visiting the beach. Road trips with her late father and camping adventures with her children and late mother were among her fondest memories.
In all her endeavors, she consistently prioritized the happiness of the children, earning her the affectionate title of Memere among everyone.
She is survived by her loving children, Chris Schlick and wife Valerie of North Attleboro and Ben Schlick and wife Jeanine of Attleboro. She’s also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Annabelle Schlick, Violet Schlick, Audrina Schlick and CJ Schlick; devoted siblings, Lise Roberts of RI., Don Roberts and wife Dawn Roberts of RI., Michael Roberts and wife Jenna Roberts of MA., Paula Bergman of MA., Joan Morin and husband Ray Morin of RI., Kelly Brousseau of MA., Keith Caldwell of MA., Thomas Roberts of MA., Robin Pratt of MA., and many dear nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins. She was the sister of the late Denis and Bruce Roberts.
Jo Ann’s celebration of life will take place at a later date.
