Jeremy James VanDyne, 25, of North Attleboro, MA, passed away on Sunday, August 13 2017 in Providence, RI. Born on May 26, 1992 in Attleboro, MA, he was the beloved son of Mark A. VanDyne and Catherine M. (DeLuca) VanDyne of North Attleboro, MA. A graduate of North Attleboro High School, Class of 2010, he lived in Providence for the past five years and worked at Subway Restaurant, having previously resided in North Attleboro.Jeremy was a member of Faith Alliance Church in Attleboro, MA, where he had been active with the Youth Group there. He was a kind and gentle soul with wonderful artistic talents. Jeremy was a talented writer, especially fond of poetry, and had been a member of the North Attleboro High School Drama Club. He loved music and could often been found playing his guitar performing in various locations in Providence. He was proud to have earned his Black Belt in martial arts from America's Best Defense. Jeremy had a special place in his heart for his ever-present companions, his dog and his cat.In addition to his parents, he is survived, and will be sorely missed, by his brothers: Matthew S. VanDyne and his wife, Sarah G. (Belknap) VanDyne of Madison, OH; and Jonathan E. VanDyne and his wife, Amy L. (Feiler) VanDyne, of Pennsburg, PA. He was the grandson of Thomas M. DeLuca and Theresa C. (Lombardi) DeLuca of Norton, MA; Everett W. VanDyne and his wife, Geraldine VanDyne, of Ararat, VA; and the late Alice E. Perry and her husband, Stanton Perry, of Windsor, CT. He leaves several aunts, uncles, and cousins; his nieces and nephews: Saliim H. Bey, Ryan T. VanDyne, and Lyla B. VanDyne; and many dear friends. Jeremy was the longtime companion of Monica E. Daily of Providence, RI.Family and friends are invited to honor and remember Jeremy's life by gathering for a Visitation and Celebration of Life on Friday, August 18, 2017 from 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA. A Prayer Room and Chapel will be available in the funeral home for those who wish to offer prayers during the visitation. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend a Funeral Service on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Faith Alliance Church, 833 Pleasant Street, Attleboro, MA.
