November 19, 1974 — September 4, 2023

Jeremy G. Carlisle 48, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Monday, September 4, 2023 at Hope Hospice & Palliative Care, Providence, RI., after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Woonsocket, RI, he was the beloved son of the late Meredith McKeon. Jeremy was a self employed remodeling contractor for many years before his illness.
Jeremy's number one priority was always family. He loved to watch endless movies with his daughters, take walks on the beach and feed the ducks, have late night campfires, and always make sure his daughters had the best birthdays and christmas'. Beyond that he would volunteer for Habitat for Humanity where he built countless houses for those in need. He volunteered for the soup kitchens and shelters because he loved to help those who needed it the most. He taught his girls how to be polite, kind, and compassionate to those around. He enjoyed watching and supporting the Patriots, Red Sox, Boston Bruins, and Celtics. His favorite saying was "Never Give Up, Never Back Down", to which he lived by until the day he passed. He was a strong, intelligent, charismatic, ambitious, kind-hearted person who will be loved and missed tremendously.
