Jeanne L. (Pass) Snyder, 73, of North Attleboro, MA passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on October 31, 2024, at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA. She was the wife of Gerald L. Snyder to whom he was married September 19, 1987.
Born in Boston, MA on October 4, 1951, she was a daughter of the late Johnny David Pass and the late Anne Helen (Ryder) Pass. She was raised and educated in Plainville and was a 1969 graduate of King Philip Regional High School.
A dedicated and devoted wife and mother, she loved time spent with her family and keeping traditions alive. She enjoyed hosting holiday parties and oceanfront vacations with the entire family, especially Misquamicut Beach. Her favorite pastimes included gardening, painting, making people laugh and spending time with her dog Dozer, and her son’s dog, Ellie. Her biggest accomplishment in life was making sure her children, grandchildren, family and friends had everlasting memories together to cherish and share.
In addition to her husband, she leaves her children: James Vincent Cipriano, Lori Anne Cipriano, Francis Anthony Snyder, Hillary Jean Snyder, and Mandy Ann Valente of North Attleboro, MA; 5 grandchildren; James III, Brittney, Eric Jr., Kayla and Beau Jr.; her sisters: Bonnie Coggeshall of Attleboro, MA; Mary Lou Schall in Florida, formerly of Plainville, MA; Candy Gayares of Tracey, California, the late Linda J. (Philpin) Battles, the late Carol (Philpin) Jemery, along with her Brother-in-law George Jemery of Attleboro, MA and several nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
A Celebration of Her Life will be held in the Spring of 2025.
Memorial donations in her name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
