Jashodaben Dahyabhai Patel, 71, of Seekonk, MA, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 10, 2022, at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA. She was the beloved wife of the late Dahyabhai M. Patel.
Born on November 12, 1950, in Halol, India, where she was raised and educated, she resided in Seekonk for the last seven years.
Jashodaben cherished her role as a homemaker for her family. A woman of deep faith, she found great comfort and solace in prayer and through regularly reading religious books. She lived a full life and had done very well and she went to Akshardham with utmost peace and satisfaction. Please keep her in your prayers.
Jashodaben was the loving mother of Ritaben P. Patel and her husband, Pragnesh Patel, of Halol, India; Raj Patel and his wife, Payal Patel, of Seekonk, MA; and Ashish D. Patel and his wife, Divyangni Patel, of Seekonk, MA. She was the proud and adoring grandmother of Jay Patel, Abhi Patel, and Hari Patel. Jashodaben was the sister of Vitthalbhai Patel of New York; Niranjanbhai Patel of Florida; Ashokbhai Patel of New Jersey; Kokilaben Patel of New York; the late Natvarbhai Patel; and the late Chandanben Patel. She leaves her extended family and many dear friends both in the United States and in India.
Family and friends are cordially invited to attend a Hindu Cremation and Ritual Service on Sunday, June 12, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA, followed by a Traditional Final Prayer and Cremation Service at 11:00 a.m. at Woodlawn North Purchase Crematory, Attleboro, MA.
