Janice Tondravi

Janice Tondravi (Palys) 75, of Attleboro, MA., passed away peacefully on Friday, September 15, 2023 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, RI. Born on August 24, 1948, in Chicago, Illinois, she was the beloved daughter of the late Marion and Helen (Kosinski) Palys. Janice was known for her kindness, generosity and compassion for others. Her smile was infectious and she radiated happiness.  She welcomed everyone with an open heart and helped so many in her lifetime.  Her door was always open to anyone in need and was actively involved in her church and favorite charities.  Her greatest love was children.  She treasured her time spent with her friends, family and grandchildren.     She is survived by her loving daughters, Marjon Tondravi and her husband Joe Gaddy of Attleboro, Meena Tondravi and her husband Shane McWeeny of Milton and Maryam Ryder of Marshfield; a devoted sister, Theresa Minelli and her husband John of Hanover, New Hampshire and a brother, Rod Gorka of Wisconsin. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Jackson and Harrison Ryder, Teague and Brennan McWeeny and Max Dube and a dear niece, Kelli Minelli.  She was the sister of the late Paul Palys. A celebration of life will be held at The First Congregational Church, 675 Old Post Road, North Attleboro, MA.  Service will commence on Sunday, October 15, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. with a luncheon to follow.  In lieu of flowers donations can be made directly to the church where Janice was a member of the missions committee.
