Jane M. Panzarella

Jane M. (Rene) Panzarella, 94, of Bristol, RI, passed this life on Tuesday, February 22, 2022.
She was the beloved wife of the late Liborio J. "Skeets" Panzarella and the mother of the late Kenneth J. Panzarella.
Born on January 27, 1928, in Warren, RI, she was the daughter of the late Arthur G. Rene and the late Alma (Poisson) Rene.
Raised and educated in Warren, Jane worked for several years as the Food Service Director at Desilets Nursing Home in Warren and for the lunch program in the Warren public school system.
A resident of Bristol most of her life, she was a woman of deep faith and love for her family. She was a communicant and mentor of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel and St. Elizbeth's Church in Bristol. Jane delighted in cooking and baking for her family and was an avid reader who loved to watch game shows.
Jane is survived by her sons: Robert R. Panzarella and his wife, Shelley, of Palm Harbor, FL; John M. Panzarella of Bristol, RI; Michael J. Panzarella and his wife, Kathy, of Bristol, RI; and James F. Gaglio of Bristol, RI; and her daughter-in-law, Maryanne Panzarella.  She was the proud and adoring grandmother of fourteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  Jane was the sister of Claudette Gregory of Westerly, RI, and was predeceased by several siblings. She leaves numerous nieces and nephews, her extended family, and many dear friends.
A Private Graveside Service will be held in St. Mary's Cemetery, Chestnut Street, Bristol, RI, at which time she will be laid to rest alongside her dear late husband, "Skeets".
