James J. Dowling

James Joseph Dowling, 67,  of South Attleboro, MA passed away on June 28, 2024, at HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice in Providence, Rhode Island.
Born in East Providence, Rhode Island on March 11, 1957, he was a son of the late George W. Dowling and the late Lucille T. (Doyle) Dowling.  He was raised and educated in the City of East Providence, RI.
He was a proud veteran of the United States Army.
Mr. Dowling was employed as an independent truck driver in the transportation industry for many years until his retirement.
He enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle with fellow riders.
He leaves his siblings: George Dowling of Marathon, Florida; Suzan Brito and her husband, Ralph Brito, of Pawtucket, RI andPatricia Bailey (her late husband - William) of South Attleboro, MA and nieces and nieces and nephews.
Private services with military honors followed by burial will take place in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA.
