Jackson K. Weru

Jackson K. Weru, 43 Retail Sales Associate Jackson K. Weru, 43, of Edgeworth Street, Worcester, died at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester on Friday, March 30, 2012. Born in Kenya on October 13, 1968, he was a son of Geoffrey M. and Unnah W. (Muchiri) Weru both of Kenya. He was raised and educated in Kenya and resided in the Worcester area since 1995 having moved to the United States from his native Kenya. Mr. Weru was employed as a sales associate for Home Depot in Natick for five years. In addition to his parents, he leaves his siblings: James M. Weru and his wife, Faith (Mwaniki) Weru of Worcester; Charles W. Weru of Worcester; Catherine N. Weru of Worcester and Winnie N. Weru of Worcester and several nieces and nephews including Vivian Wangari of Worcester, cousins and dear friends. He was the brother of the late Annah W. Weru who died on February 10, 2008. There will be no local services. Funeral service and burial will be held in Kenya.
