Irvin Mark Gales, 63, of Providence, RI, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2016 in Providence, RI. Born on February 14, 1953 in Tampa, FL, he was the son of the late Alma (Jackson) of Colorado Springs, CO, and the late Charles Gales of Boston, MA.He worked as a machinist in Colorado Springs, CO. A sports lover, he enjoyed playing and watching tennis.He is survived by his children: Aaron and Amanda Hand; Justis, and Patrick, of Clarksville, TN; and Preston and Marcie Gales; Haley, Mikayla, and Trinity Gales, of Medway, MA. He is survived by his siblings: Ophelia and Richard Paige; Charles Gambrell; Anthony and Joi Gales; Cynthia Gambrell; Tyrone and Tracy Gales; Anthony Gambrell; Carl Gambrell; Patricia Gales; Michelle and Darell Heath; Kent Gambrell; and Kirk Gambrell.He leaves a host of nieces and nephews, as well as cousins and many dear friends.Friends and family are cordially invited to attend a Memorial Service on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro.Children's room is available during the service.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Irvin's name to The American Heart Association/American Stroke Association, P.O.
