To Mom and Little Gram,
You fought the fight,
Had strength to be strong,
And courage to be courageous.
Your big heart made your love unconditional. Your hugs were the warmest, the sweetest smile and the kindest of words. We are grateful and blessed to have been able to call you mom and little gram. We will love and miss you forever. You will always be in our hearts. Our angel on earth is now our angel in heaven.
