Huong Nguyen, 60, of Lake Shore Drive, North Attleboro, a native of Vietnam, died on Thursday, May 30, 2013 at the Golden Living Center of Attleboro, George Street, Attleboro where he had been a resident for the past nine months. He was the husband of Thuy Yang to whom he was married in Vietnam on July 17, 2000. Born in Binh Thuan, Vietnam on March 20, 1953, he was a son of the late Nho Nguyen and May Thi Tran. He was raised and educated in his native country and immigrated to the United States in 1980. Mr. Nguyen was employed locally as an assembler in the electronics industry until his illness forced his early retirement. In addition to his wife, he leaves many relatives in Vietnam and extended family and friends in both Vietnam and the United States. Family and friends are cordially invited to attend visitation Tuesday, June 4, 2013, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home - the nationally historic "Colonel Obed Robinson Home", 161 Commonwealth Avenue (exit 5 off I-95 N or S, go right, mile on the left), Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro.
