Born in Seoul, South Korea on March 20, 1956, he was a son of the late Song Chan Hong and the late Kap Soon (Shin) Hong.
Mr. Hong worked as an assembler in the manufuring industry.
Among his survivors are his sister: Soon Yae Harlow with whom he resided.
