Heather Ashley Cohen- Valenzuela

Heather Ashley Cohen-Valenzuela, 31, of Mansfield, MA, peacefully passed away at her home on Saturday, April 15, 2017. She was the cherished daughter of Robert S. Cohen and Joyce (Bookman) Cohen of Mansfield, MA, and the beloved companion and soulmate of Michael L. Valenzuela.Born on July 22, 1985 in Quincy, MA, she was a graduate of Mansfield High School Class of 2004, and received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Arizona in 2015. Heather worked for a time at Shaw's Supermarket before leaving due to her illness. A young woman of faith who followed her spiritual journey with the Cru ministry, she had a true creative spirit. Heather was an avid reader who also enjoyed collecting American Girl dolls, loved the companionship of her cat, "Roxi", and in her short lifetime had the good fortune of having many dear and caring friends. In addition to her parents and her soulmate, Michael, she is survived by her aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend a Memorial Service on Friday, April 21, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro.
